You have the right to withdraw from the sales agreement within 14 days of receiving your order. If 14 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately can't offer a cash refund. In exceptional cases where the return deadline has passed, please contact us by email — we'll try to propose a satisfactory solution.

To make a return, please fill in the form and include it with your parcel. If you're unable to print the form, kindly write the required details by hand on a piece of paper.

You can fill it in on a computer or phone, then print it out and put it in the returned parcel.

To report a faulty product, please email us at sklep@spreest.pl — please attach the completed complaint form and any files that show the defect.

In most cases you'll need to send the product back to us, but we kindly ask you to first report the complaint by email and then follow the instructions provided in correspondence with our staff.

To add a product to an existing order, please call our customer service team at +48 459 599 448 between 10:30 AM and 5:00 PM, or contact us by email. If the order has already been processed by our warehouse and packed, we unfortunately won't be able to add anything to the parcel.

If, after unpacking your parcel, the products you received don't match your order or something is missing, please contact us by email straight away.

We try to fulfil all orders promptly. Delivery time within Poland is 1–2 business days (unless the product page states a longer waiting time). In the event of delays on our part, we'll let you know by email.

If a parcel delivered by the courier shows clear signs of damage — the box is torn, the contents seem broken, there are leaks from spilled liquid, or the box is sealed with courier tape — please report a complaint immediately to the courier who delivered it, fill in a damage report with the carrier, and then let us know by email so we can file a claim for the damaged parcel. All parcels we send are insured, and a complaint filed at the moment of delivery is crucial for us to claim compensation from the courier company.
