The K3D TTLock electronic lock by Spreest brand is a modern and intuitive solution that provides convenient access control to your home or business.
In a few seconds, you can grant access to a guest with a one-time code, give an employee access only for specific hours, and check every attempted opening in the history – all from the application level.
It is ideally suited for short-term rentals (Airbnb, Booking), offices, warehouses, or service points, where quick and controlled access without the owner's presence is important.
The solid construction and IP67 waterproofing allow for outdoor installation – by doors or on the building facade, and the backlit LED panel enables convenient use even after dark.
Thanks to integration with the TTLock application, you manage access remotely via Wi-Fi. The built-in network module provides remote access without the need to purchase a gateway.

Electric strike connection methods
Due to the fact that the keypad generates an electronic signal, an additional intermediary module, e.g., a time relay (suggested delay 8 sec.), should be used to control the electric strike.
Standard electric strike (NC):
- +12V → Electric strike (+)
- COM → GND
- NC → Electric strike (−)
Operation: The lock opens after authorization.
Reversible electric strike (NO):
- +12V → Electric strike (+)
- COM → GND
- NO → Electric strike (−)
Operation: After authorization, the power is cut off and the door opens.

Technical note
The offered keypad is not intended for direct connection to devices requiring the implementation of a so-called "dry contact" function (potential-free relay contact), such as gate controllers, drives, access control systems, or power supplies equipped with control inputs listening for contact closure/opening.
The device generates an electronic signal in accordance with its specification, and in case of cooperation with devices requiring a dry contact, it may be necessary to use an additional intermediary module (e.g., a time relay).
