The K3P TTLock safe by Spreest is a smart and secure solution that allows you to store keys and valuable items without the need for physical handover.
In a few seconds, you can grant a guest access with a one-time code, give an employee access only for specific hours, and check every attempted opening in the history – all from the app.
It is ideal for short-term rentals (Airbnb, Booking), offices, warehouses, or service points, where quick and controlled access without the owner's presence is crucial.
The backlit LED panel allows for convenient use even after dark, and the universal mounting allows you to hang, stick, or screw the safe anywhere.
Thanks to integration with the TTLock application, you manage access remotely via Wi-Fi (with a gateway) or locally via Bluetooth – quickly, conveniently, and securely.
Opening methods
1. Proximity card or fob 13.56 MHz – Place it on the reader and it's ready (up to 100 cards).
2. PIN code – Enter your own code and enter without keys (up to 150 codes).
3. Mobile application – The safe opens with one click on your phone.

Low battery alarm
The safe is equipped with a low battery alarm, which allows you to monitor the power status continuously. A notification about a low battery level ≥20%, ≥10%, ≥5% will be sent to the application, and a red light will flash on the safe itself after it is unlocked (3 flashes).
The device is powered by four AAA batteries, which can last for up to 9 to 12 months in standby mode, minimizing the need for frequent battery replacement.
Additionally, the safe offers the option of powering via a microUSB-B port, which allows for continuous power supply, without the need for battery replacement.
