Is the SIM card compatible with every GPS tracker?
No. Our SIM cards are optimised for the trackers available in our range. They may work in other devices, but we don't guarantee full compatibility or correct operation of all functions.
Can I move the SIM card myself to another tracker from your range?
Yes, this is possible. However, it's worth making sure the device supports the appropriate network technologies (2G/3G/4G/LTE-M/NB-IoT) to ensure stable operation.
Does the SIM card use data when the tracker isn't moving?
Data usage in idle mode is minimal. The most data is used during active tracking, especially with frequent position refreshing.
Does the SIM card automatically select the best network?
Yes, the card connects to the available operator in a given location, providing the best possible coverage and stability.
Do protective accessories affect GPS signal quality?
No. Our cases and housings are designed so as not to interfere with the GPS signal or data transmission.

Thanks to the use of telemetry cards, usage costs are significantly lower than with traditional mobile subscriptions. The cards ensure stable data transmission in Poland and abroad, automatically connecting to an available network, without additional roaming charges.
The offer also includes accessories that increase the convenience and safety of using trackers – including protective cases, magnetic holders, pet collars, and discreet solutions for mounting in a bicycle. Thanks to them, you can easily adapt the tracker to your needs.
Important: SIM cards are only for data transmission – they do not support phone calls or SMS messages.
Does a telemetry SIM card allow making phone calls or sending SMS?
No. Our SIM cards are intended only for data transmission. They don't support voice services or SMS.
Do I need to configure anything after inserting the card into the tracker?
No. The card is pre-configured as part of the tracker you buy. Just switch the tracker on and enjoy your purchase :)
Does the card only work in Poland?
No. Our cards also work abroad, in most European countries and many non-European ones. They select the best available network in a given location, with no additional roaming charges.
Do I have to worry about data limits or extra charges?
No. All usage charges, including roaming, are included in the card's stated price. There are no hidden costs.
How long is the card activated for?
We differentiate our cards based on two factors – the validity period and the data package size. More details are included in the descriptions of the individual cards.
What if I use up the whole data package?
When the package is used up, we try to contact the customer to extend the data package. The price of such a top-up is the cost of the original card purchase.
Can I use this card in another device, e.g. a phone?
Technically yes, but there's no point – the card doesn't support calls or SMS and wasn't designed for such use. We recommend using it only in GPS trackers.
