From the app you can:

We connect the camera directly to the home network or a hotspot provided by the phone , this procedure will allow, after correct installation and permanent connection of the camera to the network, access from any location and network.

After the first installation with the application and connection to the network, the camera can work without access to the network and record only to the memory card.
