Ease of installation
The device is very easy to install and can be installed in four quick steps:
- Preparing the peephole : Select a screw the length appropriate to the thickness of your door and screw it into the hole on the back of the peephole. Place the peephole into the door opening, making sure the signal wire and screws are sticking out the other side.
- Attaching the bezel : Insert the signal tape through the top slot and the screws through the bottom slot of the metal bezel. Slide the bezel up so that the screws are in the narrower part of the holes. Make sure the arrow on the bezel points up.
- Stabilization : Mount the frame on the door and tighten the screws to stabilize the viewfinder and frame.
- Connecting the display : Plug the signal connector into the socket on the display and slide the display onto the door frame.
Safety and comfort
An electronic peephole makes it easy to check who's at your door every day. Motion detection with a PIR sensor automatically records unusual behavior, increasing the security of your home. You can also manually take a photo while viewing the situation outside your door.
