K5F TTLock Safe
The K5F TTLock safe by Spreest is a smart and secure solution that allows you to store keys and valuable items without the need for physical handover.
In a few seconds, you can grant a guest access with a one-time code, give an employee access only for specific hours, and check every attempted opening in the history – all from the application.
It is ideal for short-term rentals (Airbnb, Booking), offices, warehouses, or service points, where quick and controlled access without the owner's presence is crucial.
The solid, metal construction and lockable cover protect the contents, and IP65 waterproofing allows for outdoor installation – by the door, in the garage, or on the building facade.
The backlit LED panel allows for convenient use even after dark, and the universal mounting allows the safe to be hung, glued, or screwed in any location.
Thanks to integration with the TTLock app, you manage access remotely via Wi-Fi (with a gateway) or locally via Bluetooth – quickly, conveniently, and securely.

- Fingerprint – Quick entry thanks to fingerprint recognition (up to 100 fingerprints).
- Mechanical key – Classic emergency option when batteries are drained.
- Proximity card or fob 13.56 MHz – Just tap it to the reader and you're done (up to 1000 cards).

Low battery level alarm
The safe is equipped with a low battery alarm, which allows you to continuously monitor the power status. A low battery notification will be sent to the application at ≥20%, ≥10%, ≥5%, and on the safe itself, a red light will flash (3 blinks) after it is unlocked.
The device is powered by four AAA batteries, which can last up to 10 to 12 months in standby mode, minimizing the need for frequent battery replacement.
Additionally, the safe offers the option of powering via a USB-C port, which allows for continuous power, without the need to replace batteries.
