Wireless sensors eliminate the need for running cables to connect to the central unit, making it easy to install anywhere with access to electricity. It works with Spreest alarm systems available in our offer, including the H700, H501 , and other GSM and Wi-Fi alarms operating at a frequency of 433 MHz. To trigger an alarm, the sensor must be wirelessly paired with the alarm system via a 433 MHz frequency.

Installation and settings

Installation location:

1. Rooms: Install smoke detectors in every room, including hallways, bedrooms, living rooms, attics, and basements. At least one smoke detector should be installed on each floor.

2. Location: The detector should be mounted on the ceiling at the highest point of the room where smoke tends to accumulate.

Installation:

• Secure the mount to the ceiling or wall using the included screws. Place the detector in the mount and turn it counterclockwise to secure it.

Pairing with security system:

• Place the detector on the security panel, then briefly press the button on the detector to complete pairing.

Alarm mute function:

• Press the button on the detector to silence the alarm. (Test/Hush)

Regular testing to ensure reliability

To ensure continuous and effective protection, we recommend testing our alarm regularly , at least once a month .

The testing process is simple and quick:

Simply hold the button on the device for at least one second until the device begins to sound an alarm. During the test, you will hear a series of three beeps, followed by a short pause, and then another three beeps. Additionally, the indicator light on the device will flash red, confirming the sensor is functioning properly.

If the alarm does not activate or the indicator does not flash, make sure the battery is installed correctly and test again.

Do not install

The smoke detector should not be installed in the following locations to avoid false alarms and ensure its effectiveness:

1. Outdoors , as external conditions may interfere with the detector's operation.

2. In garages , where vehicle exhaust fumes can lead to false alarms.

3. In dusty areas where dust particles may be confused with smoke.

4. In places where there are a large number of insects that may get into the device and disrupt its operation.

5. Closer than 3 feet (approximately 0.9 meters) from the door to the kitchen or bathroom with a bathtub or shower, due to steam and grease that may cause false alarms.

6. In rooms with humidity exceeding permissible standards , because moisture may affect the sensors.

7. Near fluorescent light , which may introduce electronic interference.

8. Close to metal objects and mirrors , which may affect the radio signal and weaken the detector's operating range.
