Tuya Smart app

Tuya Smart allows you to fully control your CF4 smart lock from your phone . It allows you to remotely open doors , manage users, and quickly add access methods like fingerprints, PINs, RFID cards, or temporary codes that can be shared with guests or employees .

The app also allows you to view opening and alarm history , set lock operating parameters (e.g., automatic lock, alarm, volume), and manage home devices . Make sure there's network coverage where the lock is installed. Wi-Fi, it is necessary for proper operation.

Access control system connection description

The diagram shows the connection of the 12V power supply, electric lock, exit button, bell and Wiegand inputs.

1. Power supply

• DC+ (red) – +12V
• GND (black) – ground Powers the controller and lock.

2. Electric lock

The controller provides a relay output:

• NC (orange) – for fail-safe locks (e.g. magnetic, opens after a power failure)
• NO (blue) – for fail-secure locks (electric strikes that open when powered). The lock uses the same 12V power supply. A 1N4004 diode is recommended.

3. Exit button

• OPEN (yellow) – button signal
• COM (purple) – ground Allows the door to be opened from the inside.

4. Bell

• Doorbell+ (gray)
• Doorbell – (Brown) When connected, allows you to trigger a sound upon entry.

5. Wiegand input

• D0 (green)
• D1 (white) For connecting an external card reader or keyboard.

6. Other uses

The relay output (NC/NO/COM) can also control a gate, automatic door, solenoid valve or other device requiring an impulse.
