Electronic lock handle K711 50/72 TTLock Black

The K711 electronic handle lock from Spreest is a smart solution that allows you to transform an ordinary door into an intelligent access point. In a second, you can grant a guest access with a one-time code, stress-free give a cleaning crew access "for tomorrow 10-12", and after the door closes, the lock automatically secures itself – all without the need to take keys out of your pocket.
It's ideal for Airbnb rentals, self-check-in hotels, warehouses, or offices, where guests can be sent a code or e-key remotely, valid only during specific hours.
Automatic locking after the door closes eliminates the risk of leaving the door open, and the built-in memory supports 200 cards, 100 fingerprints, and 150 PIN codes – plus unlimited e-keys in the app. No internet? No problem – the handle works locally, storing user data internally.
The external panel has an IP65 certificate, so there is no problem installing the handle as part of an entrance door exposed to weather conditions.
Batteries last for about a year of operation. When the battery starts to run low, the lock will warn you, leaving time for replacement. The handle fits left and right doors 35-104 mm thick – wooden, steel, or aluminum.

Installation
You can install the handle yourself in most apartments and houses; it fits doors 35-104 mm thick, both left and right-handed, made of wood, steel, or aluminum.
The box includes 7 sets of screws and spindles, which allow mounting the handle on doors with a thickness of 35 mm to 104 mm.
The handle works with standard mortise locks for doors – therefore, you can install it on an existing mechanism without replacing the entire fitting.
The set includes a mortise lock with 72/50 spacing, ready for immediate installation.
If your door is already equipped with a lock, simply swap the spindle and screw on the handle to immediately enjoy smart access.
Low battery level alarm
The lock is equipped with a low battery alarm, which allows you to monitor the power status on an ongoing basis. A notification about a low battery level will be sent to the application at ≥20%, ≥10%, ≥5%, and on the lock itself, a red light will flash (3 blinks) after it is unlocked.
The device is powered by four AAA batteries, which can last up to 9 to 12 months.
