Installation and settings

1. Mounting : It is recommended to mount the siren in a central location on the house or property for the best signal reception from all wireless detectors.

• Example : Mount the siren on the wall of the house, facing the yard, so that it can effectively receive signals from sensors mounted on the gate and windows.

2. Easy to install : Screw the mounting plate to the wall using the included screws and plugs. Then, attach the siren to the mounting plate by aligning it and sliding it down.

Configuration and use

Syrena offers three main operating scenarios that can be adapted to different situations:

1. Pairing with the alarm system :

• Plug the power adapter into a standard 110V or 220V outlet.

• Turn the siren over and briefly press the “Set” button. The four LEDs will light up.

• The siren waits for a wireless signal from the alarm system. If necessary, refer to the alarm system manual.

• The siren will beep once after receiving the signal, which means pairing was successful.

• Short press the “Set” button until you hear a long beep, signaling pairing is complete.

2. Working as a wireless siren :

• Press and hold the “Set” button until the siren emits three short beeps, entering pairing mode with the alarm control panel.

• Example : If you change the alarm control panel, you can easily configure the siren to work with the new system without the need for complicated reconfiguration.

3. Clearing pairing records :

• Turn on the power and briefly press the “Set” button. All LEDs will light up.

• Hold down the “Set” button until you hear a beep, indicating that all pairing records have been deleted.

• Example : If the siren was previously paired with another system, you can easily clear its memory and pair it with the new alarm system.
