The S4A-M10 electronic lock handle by Spreest is a clever solution that will allow you to turn an ordinary door into a smart access point, where you can let your guest in in a second with a one-time code , give the cleaning crew access without stress "for tomorrow 10-12", and after closing the door, the lock automatically closes - all without the need to take the keys out of your pocket.
It is ideal for Airbnb rentals, self-check-in hotels, warehouses or offices , where guests can be remotely sent a code or e-key valid only during specific hours.
Automatic locking after closing the door eliminates the risk of leaving the door open, and the built-in memory supports 100 fingerprints and 150 PIN codes – plus unlimited e-keys in the app.
No internet? No problem – the handle works locally and stores user data internally.
The external panel is IP65 certified , so there is no problem with mounting the handle on entrance doors exposed to weather conditions.
The batteries last for about a year. When the battery starts to run low, the lock will warn you, giving you time to replace it.
The handle fits left and right doors with a thickness of 35–55 mm – wooden, steel or aluminum.

Installation
You can install the handle yourself in most apartments and houses, it fits doors 35–55 mm thick, both left and right , wooden, steel or aluminum.
In the box you will find three complete sets of screws and bushings dedicated to the following ranges:

The handle works with standard mortise locks – so you can install it on the existing mechanism without replacing the entire fitting .
The set includes a mortise lock with a 72/50 spacing, ready for immediate installation.
If your door is already equipped with a lock, simply reposition the pin and screw on the handle to instantly enjoy smart access.
Additionally, the set includes a ready-to-install rosette with a lock.
Low battery alarm
The lock is equipped with a low battery alarm, allowing you to constantly monitor the power status . A notification will be sent to the app when the battery level is ≥20%, ≥10%, or ≥5% , and the lock itself will flash a red light (3 flashes) when it unlocks.
The device is powered by four AAA batteries that can last up to 9 to 12 months.

- Does the lock work without an internet gateway? - Yes. Operation is then via Bluetooth – codes can only be entered while at the door, and the event history is synchronized upon reconnection.
- Can the handle be positioned to the right or left? - Yes, the handle direction is variable and is set during assembly.
- What if the lock runs out of battery? - The lock warns when the battery is ~30%. Once completely discharged, you can power it with a power bank through the charging port or open it with an emergency key.
- Does it lock the lower lock? - By default, it locks the upper latch. If the door is locked with a cylinder, the code will not unlock the lower lock. This is then done mechanically.
- What is a Wi-Fi gateway used for? - It allows you to open doors and assign codes remotely. One gateway supports multiple locks within Bluetooth range.
- Does the app work on all smartphones? - TTLock is available on iOS ≥ 11 and Android ≥ 5.1 (with Bluetooth 4.0 or later support).
- Is it possible to limit access to specific days or hours? Yes. In the app, you can create cyclical codes or eKeys with a schedule (e.g., Mon-Fri 8am-4pm).
- Can I export the opening logs to a file? - Yes, TTLock allows you to download the history in CSV or PDF format from the web panel.
