Installation
The entire system operates on a four-wire line (power + audio-video). Simply run it from the main unit to the outdoor panels and – if necessary – further to additional monitors.
- Additional indoor units (1) – you can connect up to two additional monitors to one 4-wire central unit, to have a view and control, e.g., on an upper floor or in an office.
- Main unit (2) – 7″ screen from which you talk to guests, open the wicket/gate, and set up the system.
- Gate output (3) – a separate relay allows you to open the driveway gate or garage door with one touch.
- Electric strikes (4) – locks mounted in the wicket; each powered by its outdoor panel, and one of them can also be released directly from the monitor screen.
- Outdoor units (5) – units at the wicket with a camera and RFID reader; each has the ability to connect an electric strike and an exit button
- Exit buttons (6) – mounted on the property side, they allow residents to open the wicket themselves when leaving.
Remember about correct wiring polarity and using a cable of at least 4 × 0.75 mm² RVV – then the image and sound will remain clear even over longer distances. Expansion is just as simple: you add another monitor or another outdoor panel.
