The high-quality, advanced SC-USH229 HDMI video capture card allows you to record any signal from an HDMI source (players, consoles, etc.) to your PC's hard drive at recording resolutions up to 1920x1080 @ 60 Hz! It doesn't require an external power supply; it's compact and portable. It works with Windows (7/8/10), Android, and MacOS. Recording is handled through OBS Studio (link below).

Quick setup guide:

  1. Connect the device to the USB port on your PC, it will install itself via driver auto-installation;
  2. Check if the device is visible in Device Manager, in image and sound controllers, name: FHD Capture / FHD Webcamera;
  3. In the control panel, in the sound tab, set the "Digital Audio Interface" as default and adjust the parameters in the Advanced tab;
  4. Download and install OBS Studio (https://obsproject.com/download), ORIGINAL WINDOWS SYSTEM REQUIRED, the program downloads and uploads Microsoft VC software;
  5. Launch OBS, add a source by clicking on "+" and selecting Image Capture Device;
  6. In the Device category, select FHD Capture / FHD Webcamera;
  7. Click OK, or configure other categories in this window as desired .
