• Will the signal be interfered with by other sets if I install several of them, causing the wrong doorbell to ring?

Each transmitter communicates with the receiver using a unique signal code, which eliminates the possibility of activating a receiver other than the one assigned to the doorbell button.

• What is the power consumption of the doorbell in standby mode?

Power consumption is minimal, averaging 0.4W for all models, which translates to about 18 groszy per month.

• How to mount the doorbell on a fence or building wall?

Due to the variety of models, the transmitter can be attached using the included double-sided tape or screws. For each model we offer, we include special double-sided tape, and for models with the option of screw mounting, we also provide screws.

• Is it necessary to connect additional buttons or receivers to an existing system after purchasing them?

Yes, you should connect an additional button or receiver to the current system, following the included instructions.

• Will battery consumption not create a problem with its location and purchase?

For battery-powered models, battery replacement is needed on average every 2-3 years, depending on the frequency of use. Transmitters are typically powered by 23A 12V or CR2032 batteries, which are inexpensive and readily available.

• I already have a doorbell and would like to expand it with additional transmitters/receivers. Is this possible and how do I do it?

You can expand the kits with additional receivers and transmitters. The procedure for connecting the components is very simple and takes only a few seconds. Detailed pairing instructions are included with the product.

• What are a transmitter and a receiver?

A transmitter is a button that sends a signal to the receiver/plug and causes the latter to emit a sound.

• Can the doorbell sound be turned off when a child is sleeping or I don't want to be disturbed?

Yes, all models have volume control, and each doorbell can be muted using a button located on the side of the receiver.

• Is the backlight on the button of some models constantly on?

The backlight only turns on when the transmitter button is pressed. There are no wireless doorbell models with constant backlighting available on the market due to battery power, which would require frequent battery changes.
