- Will the signal not be interfered with by other sets if I install several of them, causing the wrong doorbell to activate?
Each transmitter communicates with the receiver using a unique signal code, which eliminates the possibility of activating a receiver other than the one assigned to the doorbell button.
- How do I mount the doorbell on a fence or building wall?
Due to the variety of models, the transmitter can be mounted using the included double-sided tape or screws. For every model we offer, we include special double-sided tape, and for models with a screw-mounting option, we also provide screws.
- Is it necessary to connect additional buttons or receivers to an existing system after purchasing them?
Yes, you need to connect the additional button or receiver to the current system, following the included instructions.
- Will battery consumption not create a problem with its location and purchase?
For battery-powered models, battery replacement is needed approximately every 2-3 years, depending on the frequency of use. Transmitters are usually powered by 23A 12V or CR2032 batteries, which are inexpensive and readily available.
- I already have a doorbell and would like to expand it with additional transmitters/receivers. Is this possible and how do I do it?
You can expand the sets with additional receivers and transmitters. The procedure for connecting components is very simple and takes only a few seconds. Detailed pairing instructions are included with the product.
- What are a transmitter and a receiver?
A transmitter is a button that sends a signal to the receiver/plug and causes the latter to produce a sound.
- Can the doorbell sound be turned off when a child is sleeping or I don't want to be disturbed?
Yes, all models have volume control, and each doorbell can be muted using the button located on the side of the receiver.
- Is the backlight on the button of some models constantly on?
The backlight only turns on when the transmitter button is pressed. There are no wireless doorbell models on the market with constant backlighting due to battery power, which would require frequent battery replacements.
