Simple, efficient, works, lots of features
A good product for me, and I've already tried several that I had to send back. I use it inside the building, where it's not exposed to the weather. Everything works. Simple installation. It might be useful for the Wi-Fi gateway to support a wired internet connection (right now there's only Wi-Fi). Downsides? Some features in the lock's app are partly paid, and few cards come with the lock (exactly 2).

Customer service and quality: a plus
A great-quality product. Solid and well made. This isn't creaky-plastic cheap tat. Customer service is top-notch and very fast. If you're wondering where to buy a lock, stop looking and buy from this company. I highly recommend it!!!

The fingerprint reader adds comfort.
A well-made product, easy to install. The previous version only had a numeric keypad and a Mifare reader; this is a technological leap for a reasonable price. The configuration was transferred from the previous one via the app, which was trivial to do. Highly recommend!
