Smart Scenarios

"Goodnight" Scenario: Automate the temperature in your home to ensure ideal sleeping conditions. The thermostat lowers the temperature by a few degrees before your usual bedtime, creating a cooler and more comfortable environment conducive to healthy sleep. In the morning, just before you wake up, the temperature gradually rises to wake you in a warmer environment, without the need to get out of bed into a cold room.

"Return Home" Scenario: Configure the thermostat to automatically raise the temperature in your home an hour before your expected return from work or school. This way, when you enter your home, you immediately feel pleasant warmth, regardless of the weather outside. This is especially useful on cold days when the difference between outdoor and indoor temperatures is significant.

"Eco" Scenario: Optimize energy consumption in your home by using weather forecasts. If it's warm and sunny outside, the thermostat automatically adjusts the temperature to utilize natural solar heating, reducing the need for artificial heating. Similarly, on colder days, the thermostat can slightly lower the indoor temperature, promoting energy savings and reducing your carbon footprint.

"Away from Home" Scenario: Activate energy-saving mode when you leave home for an extended period. The thermostat maintains a minimum temperature, preventing excessively low temperatures that could harm water pipes or other house components, while maximizing energy savings during your absence. When you plan to return, you can easily restore normal settings via the mobile app.

Intuitive Tuya App

At any time, you will have access to your thermostat through the free Tuya Smart app. Thanks to it, you can, for example, switch off or switch on heating from your smartphone (Android / iOS), change scenarios such as intelligent temperature reduction or increase depending on the weather, eco mode during our absence, or temperature reduction during the night.

The intuitive application has been designed for the most popular mobile operating systems, Android and iOS, so you can be sure that it will be continuously supported and updated. The clear and well-thought-out menu of the application means that despite many options and additional functions, it is impossible to get lost, and daily use of the thermostat is simple and pleasant.

The GC thermostat is designed to increase the efficiency and thermal comfort of water and gas heating systems. Its installation is intuitive and adapted to the needs of modern heating systems.

The thermostat is equipped with four cable inputs, which are appropriately marked and adapted for different types of connections:

"Dry Contact" inputs are intended for direct connection to the heating system. They allow control of the device without the need for additional voltage. These are ideal connection points for simple heating systems where only basic on/off communication is required.

The input marked as "N" is used for connecting the neutral electrical wire, while the "L" input accepts the phase wire. These two inputs provide power to the thermostat, enabling it to function correctly.

For precise monitoring and regulation of room temperature, the thermostat uses inputs for an NTC (10k) temperature sensor. This sensor allows for accurate tracking of thermal conditions and appropriate adjustment of the heating system's operation.

The GC thermostat is particularly suitable for water or gas heating systems, but it is versatile enough to be also used in installations with a greater number of wires. The key to success is proper configuration of connections according to the technical requirements of a given installation, which is best entrusted to a qualified specialist. This ensures that the heating system will operate safely and efficiently.

Voice Control

Thanks to integration with popular voice assistants such as Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, users can regulate the temperature, activate scenarios, or check current settings by issuing simple voice commands. This functionality makes it possible to adjust thermostat settings even while performing other activities, which is particularly useful when cooking, cleaning, or relaxing, when we don't want to take our hands off the current activity.

This is a function that allows users to maximize comfort and energy savings by precisely adjusting the heating or cooling schedule to their individual lifestyle. It enables setting different temperatures for specific parts of the day or days of the week, providing ideal conditions at home when they are most needed, and minimizing energy consumption when the house is empty. For example, you can program a lower temperature for when residents are away at work or school, and a higher one to warmly welcome them home.
