Information clause concerning video surveillance


In accordance with Article 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR), we inform you that:

1. Personal Data Controller
The personal data controller is Spreest sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Mińsk Mazowiecki:

2. Purposes and Legal Basis for Data Processing
Personal data in the form of images are processed for the purpose of:

  • ensuring the safety of individuals present in the monitored area,
  • property protection,
  • access control to the facility.

The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e., the legitimate interest of the controller.

3. Scope of Processed Data
Monitoring involves recording the image of individuals present in the monitored area. Monitoring does not include audio recording.

4. Data Retention Period
Monitoring recordings are stored for a period of up to 30 days and then automatically deleted, unless they constitute evidence in proceedings conducted under legal provisions – in which case the retention period is extended until the final conclusion of the proceedings.

5. Data Recipients
Data may be shared with:

  • entities authorized under legal provisions (e.g., police, courts),
  • entities providing services to the controller (e.g., IT service, security) – based on data processing entrustment agreements.

6. Rights of Data Subjects
The data subject has the right to:

  • access to data,
  • restriction of processing,
  • object,
  • erasure of data – in cases provided for by legal provisions.

The exercise of rights may be subject to limitations resulting from legal provisions and the need to protect the rights and freedoms of other individuals.

7. Right to Lodge a Complaint
The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

8. Information on the Voluntariness of Providing Data
The provision of personal data is voluntary, however, presence in the monitored area involves image registration.

9. Automated Decision-Making
Personal data will not be processed in an automated manner and will not be subject to profiling.
