Careful build, good materials
A solid electric strike; in terms of build and materials it makes the best possible impression. I installed it a month ago in the entrance gate in front of the house. It works quietly and very reliably.

Energy-efficient strike
I finally managed to find a strike that matched both the controller's requirements and the external dimensions. It works at low current. The electromagnet doesn't jam. The bolt is very easy to adjust.

Flawless product
A very good product. The lock does its job under various pressure loads. Easy to install.
Časté dotazy
What kinds of doors can electric strikes be used with?
Spreest electric strikes are universal and can be installed in wooden, metal and aluminium doors, and in various door systems. They work well in both entrance and internal doors.
What is fail-secure mode and when is it worth using?
Fail-secure mode means the door stays locked when there's no power. This solution is used where security is the priority – e.g. in homes, warehouses, server rooms or deposit lockers.
Can an electric strike work with an intercom or an access control system?
Yes, electric strikes are used as standard with: intercoms and video intercoms, RFID readers, combination locks, and BMS and access control systems.
Does an electric strike work in harsh conditions (e.g. in winter)?
Yes, most models work across a wide temperature range (e.g. from -20°C to +65°C), so they're suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
NO (Normally Open – v klidu otevřený) – zámek zůstává bez napájení otevřený. Osvědčuje se v místech, kde je během výpadku proudu vyžadována volná evakuace, např. v kancelářích, školách nebo nemocnicích.
What's the difference between an NC and an NO electric strike?
NC (Normally Closed) keeps the door locked without power – it's used where security is the top priority. NO (Normally Open) works the other way round – without power the door is open, which is useful in places where unobstructed evacuation matters.
When is it better to choose a magnetic electric strike over a mechanical one?
Magnetic electric strikes work well in lower-traffic locations where quiet, fast operation of the lock matters. Mechanical ones are better suited to intensively used doors and offer greater durability.
Does an electric strike work without power?
No – electric strikes require power. With an NC model, no power means the door is locked, whereas an NO model leaves the door open.
How do I choose the right electric strike for my needs?
Start by deciding whether, in the event of a power failure, the door should be locked (NC) or open (NO). Then decide whether you need a mechanical strike (greater durability) or a magnetic one (quieter operation).
Are electric strikes safe?
Yes, electric strikes are widely used in access control systems and meet security requirements, provided they're properly matched to the specific application.
